When Shirley’s at work
Shirley gained industry experience with Phoenix Assurance Company and Sun Alliance. In 1986, she joined Friends Provident as an office administration manager. Shirley joined PIA in 1994 and has been a key team member ever since.
In addition to managing the office and all internal office functions, she assists in regulatory compliance processes.
