    The industry benchmark qualification for mortgage advisers, recognised as a mark of excellence and professionalism. Individuals attain the required understanding of mortgage policy and practice and how to effectively apply this when advising a customer.

When Nicola’s at work

Nicola started her career in financial services in 1999 with Windsor Life Assurance, before joining PIA in 2006. Over the years, she has taken on various roles, including personal assistant, paraplanner, and protection consultant, all of which have contributed to her extensive industry experience.

When Nicola’s at home

Nicola has two children, Elsie and Jack, so life outside work is always busy. When she does find some spare time, she enjoys keeping fit, socialising with friends and family, and eating out!
