Fully understand the costs involved.

Offering our clients transparency and clarity about our fees is important to us. We’re aware that some people are not familiar with how financial planning fees work and each firm often has a different way of charging. These are the two stages we charge for in our financial planning service:

Initial service fee: This one-off fee covers the advice and implementation service we provide.

Annual service fee: This yearly fee covers the ongoing management of your financial plan, ensuring we stay on top of any changes in your income or circumstances throughout the year.

The right time to talk about fees.

As each client requires a bespoke service, we first take the time to understand you and your needs before discussing the costs of our services. This will be covered in our no-obligation initial meeting, where you’ll have the opportunity to go away and reflect on the costs before making any decisions to proceed.

Independent

Our advice is completely unbiased and we can recommend products from across the market.

Face to face

We encourage clients to visit our office, but we’re happy to meet at a more convenient location.

Personal

You’ll meet the same financial planner year after year and build a close relationship with them.
